    Hi there, I found your blog through some random searching I did on unrelated topics, but I wanted to encourage you to not be scared.

    I started some serious training January 08 after having been completely sedentary for about 27 years. I started pushing 170 lbs and now I’m just under 150 lbs. However, I went from a size 11-12 to a size 5-6 in about 7 months. So, what I’m saying is ignore the weight, the more muscle you put on the less your weight will make any sense at all.

    Anyhow, congratulations on your great start! I love to see people getting into fitness like you are. You’re more than welcome to drop me a line if you want to compare notes.
